Turkey Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 pack of turkey mince or pack of mushrooms can be used instead of meat)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 50g frozen veg (carrots, green beans etc.)
- 2cm piece of fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce*
- 1 onion
- 1 gem lettuce
- Serve with sweet chilli sauce
*Allergen soy sauce

Add the frozen veg and cook for 2 mins, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the soy sauce.

Separate the lettuce leaves, wash under cold water and pat dry using kitchen paper.

Fill each lettuce leaf with a spoon of mixture and serve with sweet chilli sauce before eating.

Please note this recipe can be eaten hot or cold.
